Aai Bungalow is a Home Stay, not a hotel, offering reasonable rates compared to similar services and ambiance elsewhere in Guhagar, Ratnagiri. We encourage guests to use the facilities responsibly. Rules for Use of Property, Premises, and Facilities at Aai Bungalows

1. Check-in time is 12:00 noon, and check-out time is 10:00 am.
2. Rooms are available with AC and Non-AC options. If booked for Non-AC, guests can upgrade to AC on payment of additional charges.
3. Each guest must provide a copy of Photo Identity Proof (Driving License, Aadhaar Card, or Passport) for all adult guests to the attendant.
4. Trees and plants within the property are good to watch but delicate to handle. Do not pluck flowers or fruits without informing the caretaker; they will assist you.
5. Keep, return, or leave the facilities in usable, clean, and good condition for others' convenience. If anything is damaged, inform the attendant for repair or replacement.
6. Consumption of alcohol or non-vegetarian food within the property premises is strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to strict action by the owner, including immediate checkout.
7. Smoking and spitting are also strictly prohibited within the property premises.

9. Doctor available in case of any medical emergency.
10. Hang wet clothes on the provided hanging stand.
11. Bungalow has an observation point on the 2nd floor (top of the rear staircase). It’s a sit-out place for leisure or yoga, offering an aerial view.
12. Whole property outdoor lights are on auto solar panels.
13. Do not venture out of the property at night alone or without a torch and proper footwear, as the village has no street lights, and snakes or other creatures may not be easily visible.
14. Playing DJ or loud music outdoors or inside the property is strictly prohibited.
15. Power cuts are occasional but short-lived. Inverter facility is available with a 6-hour backup for one light, one fan, and Wi-Fi in each room, with auto switch-over mode.
16. All valuable belongings and money should not be left behind in rooms. The responsibility for these lies solely with the guests.
17. Sufficient car parking facility is available on the property premises.
18. In-Room Services:
    • Well-maintained washrooms with 24/7 hot water available.
    • Kettle provided for water heating, along with a clothes hanging stand and cupboard.
    • Bed sheets, covers, etc., will be washed and replaced once every 3 days, and room and toilet cleaning will be done on a daily basis if required.
