- All bookings require 100% advance payment.
- If cancelled 15 days or more prior to check-in date: 100% refund.
- If cancelled 7 days or more prior to check-in date: 50% refund.
- If cancelled 6 days or less prior to check-in date: No refund.

- Free car parking, free Wi-Fi, bath towels & toiletries provided, and up to 2 pets allowed.
- Driver accommodation available (₹ 550 per night; additional charges apply).

Ferry charges, toll and parking (if any) are extra. The car is owned by the host and provided as an additional service, especially for guests arriving by train.
