Aai Bungalow is a homestay (not a hotel), offering reasonable rates compared to similar services and ambiance in Guhagar, Ratnagiri. We request guests to use the facilities responsibly and help us maintain a peaceful environment. Rules for Use of Property, Premises & Facilities

1. Check-in: 12:00 noon  |  Check-out: 10:00 am
2. Rooms are available with AC and Non-AC options. If booked for Non-AC, guests may upgrade to AC on payment of additional charges.
3. Please provide a copy of Photo Identity Proof (Driving License, Aadhaar Card, or Passport) for all adult guests to the attendant.
4. Trees and plants within the property are delicate. Please do not pluck flowers or fruits without informing the caretaker; they will assist you.
5. Please keep all facilities clean and in good condition for others’ convenience. If anything is damaged, inform the attendant for repair or replacement.
6. Alcohol and non-vegetarian food are strictly prohibited within the premises. Violations may lead to strict action by the owner, including immediate checkout.
7. Smoking and spitting are strictly prohibited within the property premises.

9. A doctor is available in case of any medical emergency (on call).
10. Please hang wet clothes on the provided hanging stand.
11. The bungalow has an observation point on the 2nd floor (top of the rear staircase). It’s a sit-out place for leisure or yoga, offering an aerial view.
12. Outdoor lights across the property operate on auto solar panels.
13. Please avoid venturing outside the property at night alone or without a torch and proper footwear, as the village has no street lights and snakes/other creatures may not be easily visible.
14. Playing DJ or loud music outdoors or inside the property is strictly prohibited.
15. Power cuts may occur occasionally but are usually short. Inverter backup is available for up to 6 hours for one light, one fan, and Wi-Fi in each room (auto switch-over).
16. Please do not leave valuables or cash unattended in rooms. The responsibility for belongings lies solely with the guests.
17. Sufficient car parking is available within the premises.

    • Kettle for heating water, along with a clothes hanging stand.
    • Bed sheets/covers are replaced once every 3 days; room and toilet cleaning can be done daily if required.
