Pooja2024-03-29It’s an expansive property with a lot of green cover. Rooms are on the first floor and very neat. You will see Bhau the caretaker frequently pottering around in the garden and keeping the place clean and tidy. The owner of the property Mr Shekhar Jogalekar is an excellent host and ensures that you are comfortable and have everything you need. His recommendation of Mr Prasad Oaks restaurant for dinner was excellent, the food is satvik and delicious (ukdiche modak were sumptuous). On the property we coordinated with Yogesh and he was very helpful. We were travelling with our pet and had an excellent time at this property and will visit again.

To add, there is also fully equipped play area for your kids and the kid in you to keep you engaged 😊 Would recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing holiday and will definitely visit again 😊

I have traveled all over the world and stayed in many overseas AirBnBs but this AirBnB will always remain in my favorites list. It’s in the heart of konkan and surrounded by nature. Rohit2023-12-12We really enjoyed our stay at Aai Bungalow. It is as shown in the photos. It has a beautiful view and is surrounded by greenery. Everything was taken care of by the hosts who made our stay comfortable and also provided tasty home made food at a very affordable price. We were able to work remotely using their wifi without any issues during our stay. Would definitely recommend Aai Bungalow for a relaxing vacation in Konkan.
Joel2023-12-03Aai's bungalow is a wonderful gem of a homestay on the coast of Konkan in a small pretty village called Hedavi. The beach of Hedavi is only a 5-minute ride away by car or a 45-minute walk (we did not try the walk, though). Aai's bungalow is a big 2-storey bungalow with a magnificent garden that too dog-friendly and an adjacent compound with beautiful developments, lawn spaces and gardening coming up. The main garden is already landscaped and lush with beautiful plants, flowers, trees and a small kitchen garden too. We could go there with our two wolf-dogs and be perfectly safe. The owner's dobermans are then kept in a kennel to avoid clashes. The communication with Shekhar was perfect, the arrival with the staff on site was smooth and the help provided during our stay was also great; thanks again for everything! We ate very good simple vegetarian food brought in tiffin by Prasad from a veg hotel closeby. Breakfast is also possible. Lastly, the rooms are simple, clean and functional!

If you want to relax or work just indoors then this is a good place, but if you want to roam around and see nearby locations, then it is quite far. Bhanu2023-01-31Aai bungalow is absolutely magnificent. Its location , serenity. and the pristine beach is beyond comparison. Mr. Joglekar and family is extremely friendly and helpful. He arranged for our train tickets to Chiplun and his new Toyota Innova was waiting for us at the train station at Chiplun. Local transportation. food and all our needs were well taken care of. All the care taker staff was friendly and helpful. Our stay and overall experience was way above our expectations.Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Joglekar for the wonderful Kokan experience!

Best place at offerdable price comes with best natural ambiance.Perfect stay location for group of 10-15 people. It's a 2 floor banglow with 2 rooms at ground, 2 rooms at first floor, 1 room for all sport activities (Can be converted to bedroom on your request, depending upon number of guests).The greenary around the banglow it's really peaceful and relaxing.They also serve breakfast.
