Experience was Amazing, nice Location And Easy to access.Ambience, Room and stay facilities are excellent , Clean washroom, Everything was properly manage.It even has a specific playroom not only for kids but also for elders. It is a perfect place for 20-25 people at a time. The rooms are really spacious.There is also Home made food service available by them.HEDAVI Beach is near the property and every other sightseeing points also.One thing I wanna mention Owner support us like Family on our emergency.Humanity more important than money.Highly recommended!!
l visited Aai bungalow alongwith my friend who frequently visits Hedavi Ganesh temple,and stays at Mr. Joglekars Aai bungalow. Kudos to Mr. Joglekar for providing such good facility for tourists.Property is well maintained ,well maintained in artistic views.I liked mini library n indoor sports room.l think small swimming pool facility will bring additional star in portfolio of Aai bungalow property. All the Best to owners of Aai bungalow.

This property is located in center of Hedavi, Taluka Guhagar in Ratnagiri district. Nearby places for sightseen are Dashbhuj Ganesh Mandir , Bamanghal, Hedavi Beach, Guhagar beach, Vyadeshwar Shiv Mandir, kavi (poet) Keshavsut birth place [कवी केशवसुत जन्मस्थान], Shri Ganesh Temple of Ganpatipule, Are-ware beach & many more places. We visited all nearby places. We Enjoyed nature with fresh breeze, open air, an energetic environment & positive vibes in this beautiful Villa.Must plan for min 3 nights & 4days as this is perfect place to go with family & friends.
Everything was excellent!!! Someone should learn how to keep your property neat n clean. Everything was well maintained and appropriate. Caretakers behaviour is also remarkable.Overall our experience was overwhelming.We never expected such a nice hospitality at very reasonable price.We are thankful to the owner of this property Mr. Jogalekar who has rented his well maintained property at affordable price.

Their warm and friendly demeanour made us feel welcomed even before our arrival in Place KONKAN ❤️.Unfortunately, a last-minute change in our plans forced us to cancel our trip. Best place at offerdable price comes with best natural ambiance.Perfect stay location for group of 10-15 people. It's a 2 floor banglow with 2 rooms at ground, 2 rooms at first floor, 1 room for all sport activities (Can be converted to bedroom on your request, depending upon number of guests).The greenary around the banglow it's really peaceful and relaxing.They also serve breakfast.
